Considering that some may find it racist that Bay manages to place the theme of 'only killing off the black guy' into a film about robots, I would again question Bay's ability to strategically plot out his movements as a director
Clearly however, Bay wasn't expecting a sequel since he killed off all of the villains (the potentially interesting ones at least as know one wants to see a film about Unicron, especially if Bay is directing)
Anyone who has any clue about Transformers should know that no one ever dies
